Earned Not Given is a national campaign created by PICTON Investments in partnership with Rugby Canada.

It exists to shine a light on what Canadians don’t always see – working full-time jobs, balancing education, constant fundraising, and training without the spotlight.

They compete for something bigger than themselves — for their teammates, their communities, and this country. And they do it without guarantees, without excess, and often without the resources afforded to higher-profile sports.

Because when it’s earned, it means more.

Through this campaign, PICTON Investments is inviting Canadians to invest in that meaning — by supporting Rugby Canada’s high-performance programs, athlete development pathways, and grassroots growth across the country.
